Step:1

 Go to the Services tab, find the service that best fit your needs. Click on Read more for additional info, next select the Request to Book tab. Please complete all required information to ensure a error free booking. 

 

Step:2 

​Within 24-48hrs an Approval will be completed with a confirmation sent via email, text or call with time, date and agreed services provided. At this point your 50% deposit will be required to confirm time slot. A invoice will be sent with all agreed services and cost. Without a deposit on file an appointment will not be confirmed for arrival. 

 

Step:3

Final appointment reminder will be sent out a day before services are completed. Reminders will be sent out via test or phone. Final payment is due at the completion of services. If a payment is not made at the time of service completion you will be charged a fee of $50.00.

                   

 

Many of SJH Clients have provided us with a key or the keypad code to their home. We want to ensure you the upmost care and respect is provided my team. During an event no one will be home you can provide a spare in a secured space or leave the door unlocked with a guaranteed lock from SJH staff. SJH Supreme Clean LLC can not guarantee full safety during the timeframe we are arriving or departing. Once we arrive we will reach out via text, phone or email. Once we depart from your home all keys will be immediately returned once services are completed.  SJH will give client 5-10 mins to arrive to location of service. If we are unbale to gain access to your unit after 3 additonal call. texts and emails, you will forfeit your deposit.

Once SJH enters your home a brief overview will be concluded. If property displays extra dirty areas a $45.00 per area will be charge to final bill.

 

 

If you have pets in your home please advise when booking appointment. All pets must be placed in a safe area until clean is complete. There is an additional $20.00 fee for clients with pets.

All supplies will be supplied by SJH Supreme Clean LLC. SJH believes in Clean Living .

​

 

 SJH takes before/after pictures to produce pictures for content and will use respectfully. Your homes become the inspiration of our work and we like to share that. We believe in privacy and will not use any information for wrong doing. We will use pictures from home cleanings. Booking/Quote with SJH certify you understand our picture policy.

Once services are complete a full walk through of your home is required (if available).You have 24hrs to contact us for unsatisfactory . SJH will do their best to get it right the first time, if not we will come back in 24hrs to satisfy our clients. 

 

 

All deposits are non refundable! All deposits are transferable ONE TIME with a 48 hr notice. Per cancellation we require 48hrs (2 business days) to cancel without penalty. If a cancellation is outside of the recommended timeframe a $25.00 rebooking fee will be applied. For Add on changes to services please allow 48hrs for a update. Once SJH arrives at property no additional add-ons can be added.

The safety of SJH employees is always the highest priority and will always be. SJH has the right to terminate service if they feel in danger, bullied and or disrespected. SJH embodies a standard and will always arrive respectfully and with dignity. Firearms are to be locked away while SJH is providing services.

As we all know we are dealing with a Pandemic and would like for everyone to stay safe. While SJH is providing services all parties are required to wear a mask. (Vaccinated and Unvaccinated)

 

 

Opps...... Accidents can happen and if we responsible for damaging any items in your home, we will make every effort to replace or repair the item. SJH Supreme Clean LLC carries a copy of our insurance policy letting our client feel their in great hands, All damages are to be reported in 2hrs.
